Q: I entered the wrong address or forgot to add my Suit/Unit/Apt number.
A: Please email us using our Contact Us Page and select "I entered my Address Wrong," with your correct address or call us with our toll free number at (877) 716-0333. Address changes must be made within 24 hours of placing the order before the item(s) is shipped.

ADDRESS MISMATCH:
If your payment is being declined due to an address mismatch you may try using the PayPal credit card processing at check out.
MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS ON STATEMENT:
Q: I had an issue with the shipping address not matching the billing address (address mismatch), after trying a few times my transaction went through but when I look at my bank statement there are multiple transactions for the same thing.
A: Only one transaction will be processed, the other transaction will be declined automatically. No charges should incur at your bank and will be refunded immediately or in 2-3 business days.

We ship WORLDWIDE.
All orders are shipped out within 48 business hours unless
there is a complication with your order, we will try our best to notify you as soon as possible if a complication does occur.
We offer USPS First Class Mail and UPS 2-Business Day (UPS 2-Business Day is only available for orders within the United States).
International orders are mailed with USPS.
There is no tracking information available for international
deliveries.
International deliveries typically take 7-14 Business Days.
Domestic orders (orders within the United States) typically take 2-5 Business Days.
Orders will not be shipped during weekends (Saturday and
Sunday).
TRACKING INFORMATION:
Q: My tracking information from USPS is not updating.
A: USPS does not update the tracking information frequently, sometimes the tracking information is only updated when the package is delivered.
Q: All I see is "Electronic Shipping Info Received."
A: This means your order has been processed and shipped out to USPS from our warehouse, your order has been shipped and is en route to be delivered.

Q: If I order a gift bag will you be able to put the other items I order from here into the gift bag?
A: Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to place items in the gift bag for you, the gift bag comes as an individual item.

Q: I’m sending this as a gift, please don’t include a receipt with price totals.
A: We don’t include receipts in with the order the only document included is a packaging slip which states items included in the package, no prices are printed on it.
BULK PURCHASE:
Q: Can I purchase items in bulk for a discount?
A: We currently are not offering any promotions for bulk purchases.
