  • International orders are mailed with USPS.

  • There is no tracking information available for international deliveries.

  • International deliveries typically take 7-14 Business Days.

  • Domestic orders (orders within the United States) typically take 2-5 Business Days.

  • Orders will not be shipped during weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

TRACKING INFORMATION:

  • Q: My tracking information from USPS is not updating.
    A: USPS does not update the tracking information frequently, sometimes the tracking information is only updated when the package is delivered.
  • Q: All I see is "Electronic Shipping Info Received."
    A: This means your order has been processed and shipped out to USPS from our warehouse, your order has been shipped and is en route to be delivered.
