&lt;p&gt;Defective item (Refund):&lt;br /&gt;
In the event that you received an item not to your satisfaction you may return it for a full refund or exchange.&lt;br /&gt;
If you are requesting a refund on a defective item, we require you to pay the initial cost of shipping we will then refund&lt;br /&gt;
you your postage cost along with a full refund on the item(s) when we receive it.&lt;/p&gt;
